Naturex issues convertible bond for private investors

Move is aimed to support company\'s expansion into growth market


Naturex, the French group which manufactures and markets plant based natural ingredients for the food, pharma and cosmetics industries, has issued a six-and-a-half-year €18m convertible bond for private investors. The bond issue is intended to support Naturex's next phase of expansion into growth markets.
