Germany’s Gmund Paper has unveiled a new programme that lets its clients create individually designed papers. Called Creative System, it facilitates the custom-making of Gmund paper that can be delivered at very short notice.
According to Gmund, this means fifty different colours, each in matte and metallic, can be combined with 77 different embossings in papers of various weights (including cardboard weights), resulting in more than 30,000 possible final creations.
The system first lets the user choose the basic paper (in ‘Book 1’) and afterwards (in ‘Book 2’) select the texture and grammage.
There is a minimum order quantity of 20kg per specification.
