Nip + Fab celebrates first anniversary by introducing new skin care products

Nip + Fab, the masstige sister brand of Maria Hatzistefanis’ Rodial, has marked its first anniversary with the addition of several new skin care products. Launches include Clean Fix Gel, a foaming cleanser; Night Fix, an intensive, rejuvenating night gel; Shine Fix, to control shine and reduce congestion; Spot Fix, to target blemishes; and Clean Fix Wipes.

According to founder Hatzistefanis, the brand’s three new hero products are Sheer Make-Up Fix, Dark Circle Fix and Pigmentation Fix. Tapping into the trend for multi-purpose products, Sheer Make-Up Fix evens out skin tone and texture while reducing the appearance of fine lines, and can be used alone or as a primer. Dark Circle Fix is said to simultaneously reduce puffiness and dark circles while hydrating, while the pigmentation corrector – designed to be applied to skin for 10-15 minutes before being removed with a warm damp cloth – reduces the appearance of age spots and uneven skin tone.

Nip + Fab products are said to contain many of the same active ingredients as those under the more expensive Rodial brand, but in pared-down formulations, allowing for a lower price point; the new additions range from £4.95 for the wipes to £17.95 for the night gel. “I saw a gap in the market for body and face products that offered instant results, but which you could buy in high street stores like Boots,” commented Hatzistefanis on the inspiration behind Nip + Fab.

The brand is also preparing to move into the US market – where it will launch in Target stores – and will continue to extend both its skin and body care offerings in coming months.
