Employee seeks damages after illness

An employee of French perfumery chain Nocibé, based in Saint Omer in the Pas de Calais, has taken the company to court, claiming victimisation.

The female employee, who cannot be named for legal reasons, put her complaint before the Conseil de Prud’hommes in Saint-Omer and a hearing was held on Wednesday 15 June. The court will give its decision on 14 September.
