One in three retailers not investing in digital technology

Just 26% of retailers believe that digital transformation is important

UK retailers are not actively developing the digital side of their businesses, with as many as 20% of businesses admitting to not having invested anything in digital development in the past 12 months.

The new study by eCommerce agency PushON, found that one in three retailers do not have a digital strategy in place to deal with the rise in digital technology, and of those that are prioritising a digital retail strategy, only 27% said that they are currently progressing well with their transformation.
