We are looking for an experienced individual to bring their expertise, experience and knowledge to a growing and developing successful luxury skin care brand who are entering their next phase of growth and investment.
They have a bespoke production and R&D facility and a process that works but recognise this isn’t right for the future. We need someone to come in, access and understand the operation, plans and ambitions and shape the business for the future, identifying, planning and implementing positive change, processes and systems and structure the team, who, doing what and where.
A broad brief and remit where industry experience will be essential and ideally from within a smaller/SME manufacturing environment to appreciate the size and scale of the operation.
We anticipate this being a 6 month project and we are genuinely open to you working full time or 3 days a week within the business, understanding the needs and objectives and your ability to plan and deliver and being the right person will drive this.
