Lavandi Talent is currently working with an amazing Beauty & Cosmetics business who are looking for a Operations Manager to join their expanding team

This role is a fantastic opportunity for someone who can hit the ground running and is looking for a new challenge!

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Overseeing retail order management, inventory management & 3PL management.
  • Planning and forecasting in order to project the best possible plan of action to keep on top of projected operations.
  • Ensure all targets are met for business process, financial and other metrics.

The Ideal Candidate

  • Previous experience in operations essential.
  • Detail-oriented, with great organisational skills.
  • A positive attitude and strong work ethic with the desire to go the extra mile for your team and company.
