Operations Manager - South West - up to £60,000

An exciting business who are looking for an Operations Manager

I am working with an exciting business who are looking for an Operations Manager.

This role will report into the General Manager where you will oversee manufacturing from raw materials to the packaging lines and ensure that every process is being met. You will have a team of leaders reporting in to you to lead operations!

Duties:

  • You will manage to motivate, coach and develop your team to meet company objectives
  • You will collate and report on balanced scorecard targets, labour efficiencies, operational performance and production reporting
  • You will work with the Quality and Engineering teams on continuous improvement activities and minimising downtime.
