Estée Lauder brand Origins is due to launch its first ever loyalty programme, Cosmetics Business can reveal.
The brand, which is celebrating its 25th anniversary this August, has plans to launch a unique loyalty programme in order to reward its loyal customer base, and also encourage new consumers to try the brand, according to Stephane de la Faverie, Senior Vice President and Global General Manager, Origins, Ojon and Darphin.
The loyalty programme ties in with Origins' wider strategy to engage more closely and personally with consumers. Just last week, Origins unveiled its first full service counter at John Lewis on Oxford Street, London.
