The serum comes complete with a reusable silicone mask that should be used once a week with silicone mask

Luxury skin care brand Orveda has announced the release of its new prebiotic emulsion, which comes with a reusable silicone mask.

Developed by former Lancôme Sue Y Nabi and friend Nicolas Vu, the Orveda Prebiotic Emulsion (£280) is designed to be a multi-functional daily moisturiser, primer serum and intensive facial treatment.

The product’s cooling and lipid-restoring properties are said to boost tired-looking and over-processed skin.

With 12 actives concentrated at 14.5% - including meadowfoam seed oil, hyaluronic acid and Orveda’s signature active marine enzyme - the product is also said to soothe skin after the use of harsh chemicals post-procedure.

The serum is now available from orveda.com.

Nabi is recognised a pioneering figure in the beauty industry.

As a transgender woman and L’Oréal’s youngest President at just 37, she has made it her mission to diversify the beauty industry and make it inclusive.

Nabi famously ditched L’Oréal’s iconic ‘Because I’m worth it slogan’ in favour of ‘Because we’re worth it’ and hired Jane Fonda as an ambassador to represent the often overlooked older generation.
