The show will also feature over 30 first time exhibitors

Over 600 exhibitors are expected to display their products at in-cosmetics 2013, including major players such as Croda, DSM Lubrizol and Merck, the organisers have announced. Thirty new exhibitors from countries including Greece, Israel, Taiwan and Turkey have already signed up for the three day event.

The show will also feature new content including a Fragrance in Cosmetics Zone and a Testing and Regulation Zone. In partnership with the Société des Parfumeurs (SFP), the Fragrance in Cosmetics Zone will provide an interactive platform for visitors to discover new scents and ingredient launches. The Testing and Regulation Zone will house suppliers operating in these areas with experts who will be available to talk to visitors about the latest testing technologies and regulatory issues impacting on cosmetic products. The zone will also feature a one day regulatory workshop on Worldwide Regulatory Affairs including speakers from CONUSBAT, Cosmetics Europe and Seers Consulting.

The overall theme of the show is H2O with a special programme dedicated to water. Brands such as L’Oréal and Procter & Gamble will take part in panel discussions exploring water and biology for skin care product formulation and the reduction of the industry’s water footprint.

Seventeen presentations have already been confirmed for the Marketing Trends programme and the event will also feature over 50 free to attend Innovation Seminars, led by exhibitors.

The show will also feature practical workshops and the ever popular Innovation Zone.
