My client is a rapidly growing Beauty and Wellbeing brand, currently pending B Corp status, on the cusp of taking their beautiful products to global markets.
As Packaging Artworker you’ll be joining a high-performing Product team, working closely with NPD experts internally as well as Print and Packaging suppliers, ensuring each artwork adheres to brand guidelines; considering design whilst ensuring the brand’s vision is aesthetically articulated as well as is regulatory compliant. The ability to build strong relationships is essential.
In terms of software, you’ll need to be proficient in Adobe Illustrator / Photoshop / Acrobat as well as Illustrator when applying graphics to cutter guides etc and preparing work for production.
Creating mock-ups, visiting Press to ensure print is correct. Researching in to new materials and print professes that could help with eco-credentials and costs. You’ll provide design, artwork and packaging inspiration that is both innovative and relevant to the 3-year pipeline, ensuring the brand’s products stand out on the shelf!
In terms of personal characteristics, it’s important that you are creative and naturally curious, organised and of course into the detail. As with most growing, entrepreneurial companies you need to be flexible in your attitude and versatile.
BEAUTY sector experience is greatly preferred, but if you can demonstrate a genuine interest in this dynamic industry then we may consider applications from comparable product categories such as premium food, luxury gifting, etc.
