Supporting the brand’s innovative NPD team from initial brief to developing the finished article, you will be providing the technical in-house packaging expertise, challenging where necessary; responsible for skilfully conveying those technical conversations and requirements to your global
supplier base as well as the Sustainability impact. Some International travel is therefore likely.
Working closely with manufacturing partners on site to support NPD/EDP filling or other trials. Supporting the Quality & Technical Manager to escalate any issues and supporting on determining Root Cause Analysis, putting CAPA in place.
You may have a packaging Diploma or technical degree but experience is far more important. A strong team player and communicator who is highly organised and thrives working in a fast-paced environment in a team which is growing. Personal career development is most definitely available in
