French professional skin care brand Phytomer has revealed that part of its current strategy is to target markets that hold long-term potential for the business.

The independently-owned company is soon to launch in Algeria and Mauritius, in North and East Africa respectively. Tristan Lagarde, International Sales Director for Phytomer, told Cosmetics Business: “Phytomer is available in roughly 80 countries ranging from Canada and the US, to Mongolia and Iran. We continue to strive to open new pioneer markets that require flexibility and open-mindedness today, but that could represent good long-term potential.”
