As part of a small, expert Product Development team you’ll work closely, supporting at every stage of the Product Development process.
Managing the CPA and tracking projects commercially within the new stage and gate process. Briefing and liaising with suppliers and manufactures to source componentry, packaging and new formulation samples.
Interpretating and understanding monthly NPD data, reporting back to the business on key trends.
Making recommendations for retail pricing across the product portfolio globally.
Adding to ideation of new innovative products and most importantly seeing that development through from A-Z meticulously ensuring that projects are tracked efficiently, applying your strong administrative skill and attention to detail.
It goes without saying that you’ll need to come from a broadly Beauty product background but experience of fragrance, skin care, cosmetics, bath and body and even personal care is relevant.

Working largely from home you’ll need to travel and spend 2 days on site (with overnight expensed stay) every few weeks so that collaborative working can be maximised and the team culture flourish.
