My luxury Beauty brand client have a fairly unique opportunity within the business driving the production supply chain activities and ensuring that their beautiful products are always in stock, at the right quality and price.
Production Supply Chain Manager - the ideal person will be able to bring proven experience of working within either Beauty Cosmetics/Bath & Body or Food (some synergy here) and potentially have an understanding of regulatory compliance, being able to resolve quality issues which arise.
Being responsible for the total inventory for all existing skus, componentry management and packaging you'll be responsible for raising POs, ensuring optimum stock levels at all times. Producing a variety of regular stock & forecast reports, a keen eye for detail and strong numeracy are essential along with good knowledge of Excel.
Building and maintaining strong relationships with suppliers, manufacturing partners & 3PL, sourcing new suppliers where necessary and improving margin without compromising on quality, supporting the Stock Controller in bi-annual stocktake and inventory sign-off. There is never a dull moment in this key role!
