Job Description:
- Lead in development of key cosmetic accessories such as make up brushes and other beauty applicators
- Work in close collaboration with the design team to materialise innovative products and with the sales team to exceed customers’ expectations
- Communicate with design team to explore, refine and optimise the products design
- Source and negotiate with factories to achieve competitive profits and terms
- Follow-up on projects on daily basis
Job Requirements:
- Minimum 4 years of experience in makeup brush development
- Strong and punctual project delivery skills in a fast working environment
- Result oriented, strong sense of responsibilities and ability to cope with pressure
- Good negotiation skills, independent spirit but also a team-player
- Innovative, proactive, strong visual sense and detail-oriented
- Good command in written and spoken English and Mandarin
- Easy of use of Microsoft Office and Chinese words processing
- Travels to factories required
- Immediate availability is preferred
