With over 16 years of experience in cosmetic and personal care formulations, Matthew Delfico has experience with color cosmetics, skin care, baby wipes, and hair care formulations.

He has expertise in Technical sales and global regulatory compliance including ECHA, REACh, Prop 65, China, and US federal regulations.

Matthew Delfico has worked for Avon Products, BASF, Contract Manufactures, and Alzo International before joining Protameeen Chemicals.
