RSPH calls on Boots and Superdrug to ban use of term ‘anti-ageing’

Ageism found to form in children as young as six years old and solidify as they grow older

The use of the word ‘anti-ageing’ in the beauty industry has come under renewed scrutiny, in a report published by the Royal Society for Public Health (RSPH).

The report, That Age Old Question, was carried out in conjunction with the Calouste Gulbenkian Foundation and addressed the role of beauty retailers in changing perceptions.
