With your degree in Cosmetic Science or a related field discipline and extensive experience in hair care product development you will be responsible for improving and creating innovative solutions for hair care.
With a fresh eye and your experience in formulating hair care and styling products, you will review the current portfolio of waxes, foams, hair sprays, shampoos, conditioners, treatments, etc., and manage new product development. Promoting a deep knowledge of formulas, you will work in collaboration with key players in new raw materials to explore ingredients and support on packaging.
You will follow up scale up and first industrialisation of new products in cooperation with the manufacturing team.
You will manage a team of Formulations Scientists and Lab technicians, mentoring them to develop their knowledge and performance.
