Did you study Chemistry or Cosmetic Science and are looking for a new opportunity? Do you have experience in beauty, personal care or cosmetic formulation?
We have a brand-new R&D product developer role with our client based in Portugal.
You will formulate new products and re-formulate existing ones in accordance with the guidelines, establishing the procedures, meeting regulations and customers’ briefs. You will also follow up on scale-up and first production batches in partnership with the manufacturing team.
With your demonstrable years of experience formulating cosmetics, you will propose new methods and protocols to test each product.
You will support other departments on any quality issues and work closely with the packaging team. You are up to date with the latest industry trends and will come up with new ideas to bring to the table. It’s essential to also have an understanding of ingredients and packaging for this role.
