Rahn soothes skin
The Swiss ingredients company conducts research into its couperose-treating ingredient.
Swiss ingredients firm Rahn has completed a new study into the effectiveness of its Defensil-Plus ingredient in treating couperose, a skin condition that leaves peple with copper-red discolouration. Typically, it can result in visible small blood vessels (telangiectasia), particularly in the area of the cheeks, but also on the nose or forehead. If the damage progresses, it can lead to severely inflammatory changes in the blood vessels, also known as rosacea.
