Regional Sales Manager - UK North - £60,000 + Bonus

Lavandi Talent are currently recruiting for a really exciting beauty and personal care brand for someone who’s self-motived and a real go getter with incredible financial opportunities

The ideal candidate should be someone who's at the top of their game in sales with the potential to earn £20 - 30k per annum in bonus.

Role and responsibilities:

  • Oversee and manage the northern region through client acquisition and account management
  • Be able to identify and breakthrough with decision makers in key hotels staying in line with the company’s brand
  • Deliver sales presentations to key decision makers
  • Identify upselling opportunities with existing accounts to increase sales volume
  • Keep relationships with key accounts strong and connected through gifting, client breakfasts, lunches or dinners and attending special events on a regular basis (industry expos/events and PR launches)
  • Working closely with Supply and Demand Planner to manage forecasting hotel partner supply needs

Ideal Candidate:

  • Must have experience selling into hotels
  • Minimum 2 years’ experience in sales or account management
  • Experience delivering presentations to decision makers at C-suite level
  • Have worked in high SKU/3PL environment
