US cosmetics giant Revlon is facing multiple class action lawsuits from its shareholders over the rollout of enterprise resource planning (ERP) software in 2018 that left Revlon unable to fulfil orders because it could not account for its inventory.

Rosen, a global investor rights law firm, announced on 30 May that it had filed a suit, following Zhang Investor Law, Bragar Eagel & Squire and Wolf Haldenstein Adler Freeman & Herz.

The suits seek to recover damages for Revlon investors under US federal securities legislation.
