As Fenty Beauty prepares to release its new Pro Filt’r Hydrating Foundation in 50 shades tomorrow, the brand has promptly announced it will be entering a new beauty category.

The brand is set to release its first-ever collection of brow products and its founder, Barbadian philanthropist and singer Rihanna, appeared at Sephora’s Leadership Conference in Las Vegas to make the announcement.

Twitter user Christelle, or @fentibetter, recorded the moment.

The products are set to be available in 14 shades and, according to the video, will be released on 23 August.

The brand is yet to reveal any more details about the launch.

The Fenty effect

Earlier this year, the brand’s owner LVMH confirmed Fenty was moving from strength-to-strength and helped boost the beauty giant’s Perfume & Cosmetics Division by 9%.

Meanwhile, Time Magazine mentioned the brand in its Top 50 Most Genius Companies of 2018, and it is reported to have achieved €500m in sales at the end of 2018.

As well as new product launches, the brand is expanding its global retail presence by launching for customers in Hong Kong, Macau and Seoul.
