The creators of fast fashion retailer Forever 21 have expanded into beauty.

Riley Rose is the brainchild of sisters Linda and Esther Chang, whose new cosmetics store aims to steal market share from the likes of Sephora and Ulta by tapping into the millennial and Gen Z market.

The company confirmed with Cosmetics Business that the new beauty chain will debut
