Penny Grivea has been appointed as Managing Director for UK and Ireland at Rituals UK. Grivea has previously worked at fine jewellers Georg Jensen, fashion brand Folli Follie and department stores Selfridges and Harrods.

She has been tasked with repositioning the Rituals brand in the UK and driving wholesale, retail and e-commerce business. The brand has also recently unveiled a new store concept.
