March will see the worldwide release of the fragrance Roberto Cavalli Exotica (€55 for 75ml), a limited edition version of Roberto Cavalli For Her which launched in 2012.
This time around, the iteration – once again an eau de parfum – is based on pomegranate and comes in a metallic pink version of the iconic curved bottle.
The fragrance is already available in the Middle East as an exclusive at Dubai Duty Free. Exotica was created by perfumer Louise Turner of Givaudan and features head notes of mango, heart notes of frangipani and base notes of sandalwood.
It is said to be inspired by the bright and colourful florals used in the designer’s collection over the years, along with the beaches of the Pacific.
“Colour symbolises life, joy,” said Cavalli of the new fragrance. Both the bottle and packaging feature a bright shade of tropical pink, along with zebra print and a gold cap with the initials RC.
