If you're a determined Senior Development Chemist with industry experience, INEOS want you to join their dynamic team. They need your expertise to drive innovation and growth as they take on the market leaders.
As Senior Development Chemist, you'll be at the helm of household and laundry projects across Europe. You will drive current portfolio maintenance and lead the charge on innovation from concept to delivery, ensuring INEOS products maintain the highest efficacy and safety standards.
Projects will be delivered within set timelines and budgets because you don't just aim for excellence; you achieve it.
Your role will involve combining creativity with an eagle-eyed attention to detail. You will lead a small team of dedicated Scientists and Technicians, ensuring that NPD processes and methodologies remain strong. You will fortify the product portfolio, foster innovation, and keep pushing the boundaries of what's possible in the world of homecare and laundry.
For success in this role, you must bring a special blend of skills and character to INEOS:
- BSc or above in a scientific field
- 3+ years’ experience developing household or personal care formulations
- Experience analysing process data to maintain and report Key Process measures
- Energy, determination, ambition, and an entrepreneurial spirit
