I am working with an exciting business who are looking for a Senior Formulation Chemist come into the lead the formulations from the ground up and be hands on when they are in the Lab.
There will be 2 days home working with this which is rare for this type of role!
You will be responsible for the research, development, innovation, formulation, testing and scale-up of all new products as well as:
- Ensuring that all products produced meet cosmetic legislation and regulations
- Assist with the costing of new formulations
- Carrying out research into raw materials, both current and new
- To represent the company as the Technical Adviser
- To mentor and develop junior chemists/technicians
