Are you a seasoned chemist with extensive experience within personal care?

With one or more lab technicians reporting to you, you will be responsible for managing the formulation and development of new and innovative products from concept to manufacture, within agreed budget and timescales.
You will work alongside manufacturing to ensure all products can be scaled up, developing efficient manufacturing methods and leading troubleshooting when required.
Liaising with internal teams as well as external subcontracts and providers to deliver innovative products.
You will use your great communication skills, working with cross functional teams on key projects to support the NPD strategy.
A technical expert with full working knowledge of current EU and US regulations and a proven track record in overcoming formulation challenges, you will implement guidelines and policies to ensure that all products are safe and legal.
