Are you a seasoned Formulation Scientist with experience of pet care and grooming products?
Do you want to create high-performance products for healthy, happy pets?
This is an exciting role for a Formulation Scientist or Chemist who has worked in pet-focused chemical and biocide categories, either for recognised brands or private label.
Joining an expanding British company with R&D and manufacturing onsite, you will have full creative freedom and ownership to create, update and improve products within their pet care portfolio.
You have a great understanding of the global market, including REACH and regulatory knowledge, and know where to source ingredients around the world. You are skilled at building relationships with suppliers and keeping ahead of latest innovations and market trends.
In addition to creative formulation work, you will be responsible for the legislation, safety testing and compliance to meet regulations.
You will have the freedom to drive innovation, set up and manage new systems for quality controls, bulk manufacturing and filling processes.
This is a hands-on, fast paced role and will suit someone who can work fast and smart, quickly adapt to changing trends and consumer demand to make it happen.
