Do you have experience in hair care formulation, including styling and treatment products?
Working with this well-established manufacturer, you will formulate new products and re-formulate existing ones to provide innovative solutions for the hair care segment.
With your experience in hair care product development you will lead methodologies and processes, with the aim to develop new products and improve the existing product portfolio meeting deadlines and quality standards.
You will actively manage various projects from designing the formulas, sourcing raw materials, costings and efficacy and safety testing with the internal responsible areas to ensure the delivery of results and product approval in a timely manner.
You will promote a deep knowledge of hair science and how products interact with hair fibres, working in collaboration with key suppliers to explore new ingredients and innovative technologies.
