This senior planning role is responsible for all demand and supply planning forecasting and stock control for our client’s luxury beauty brands.
Based from their offices in London’s West End you will report into the functional Director and lead a small team based in London and the US.
Working closely with cross functional teams in Sales and Marketing to align a robust line-level 12 month rolling forecast for all SKUs with the company target; understanding and factoring in each market’s quarterly and yearly requirements.
Responsible for ensuring the right product is in the right place at the right time! Taking full ownership of the stock management for the UK and US and IT warehouses to guarantee the supply of stock.
Playing a key role within existing and upcoming bulk Production both finished and raw material components, taking into account lead-times.
Ensuring that Demand Planning and Supply Chain Planning dovetail.
The ideal candidate will be educated to Degree level/equivalent and hold a professional supply chain qualification such as CIPS – although experience is overall more essential (5+ years’ experience in SC and or Demand Planning).
In terms of industry sector, beauty is clearly hugely advantageous but outside of this, bottled FMCG product background e.g Beverages/Spirits could be transferrable.
