Senior NPD Manager - Middlesex - £45,000 (AE565292)

Bring your time and process management skills to the Salon division of a market-leading beauty company, focusing on the Lash and Brow product category. Working closely with internal teams and external suppliers, you will lead the development and delivery of products in your category.

Key responsibilities:

Manage new and existing Lash and Brow product development, both hard goods and formulations
Brief suppliers, obtain quotations and samples, negotiate costs, and prepare gross margin calculation for internal approval
Work closely with the Marketing team, in accordance with company’s target costs and supplier matrix
Create clear CPAs, ensuring teams deliver tasks by key dates, contingency planning as needed
Manage regular NPD Gate meetings, keeping teams updated on progress and potential issues
Ensure all products are performance tested and have full Regulatory approval
Work closely with QA on sample approvals, and Planning and Purchasing on order management

This is a hybrid role, working 3 days each week in the office.
