Our client, a well-established luxury beauty brand has created this new opportunity within their small, high performing team for a Senior Purchasing Manager/Head of.
This key role will see you taking ownership for all procurement activity; developing purchasing strategies, maintaining positive relationships with suppliers and sourcing new supply chain partners.
Solid experience of sourcing beauty componentry as well as raw materials is essential, the successful person will need to hit-the-ground running as the brand is flying, and it is vital to be able to fulfil demand and support their ambitious NPD strategy.
A strong, effective negotiator; able to source and manage traceability of products, with a background of increasing sustainability.
