Main purpose of the role

Project management of cosmetic & personal care programmes for major clients. Managing Client and staff relationships and workload – including regulatory and toxicological guidance and mentoring.

Completion of toxicological reports and compliance services for a range of products inline with the Cosmetic Regulation EC 1223/2009.

Interpreting and maintaining European Regulatory & Toxicology Data Content (RTDC) to support Delphic HSE software solutions and other services (such as newsletters, blogs, articles, etc).

Business development & marketing of Delphic HSE Services.

Duties & Responsibilities

Managing allocated workload and staff to ensure client projects are completed on time and to a suitable quality.

Customer services & client relationship management by phone, email or in‐person. Includes representation of the company at client meetings, trade shows, conferences and other events as necessary.

Preparation of Toxicological Risk Assessments and compliance documentation for various consumer chemical products against relevant regulations as required.

Develop and maintain relationships with regulatory agency contacts, and other appropriate individuals or organisations, on a European basis.

Review of various registers, newsletters, standards, interpretations, etc. as related to European RTDC in order to find and renew reference materials.

Implementing updates directly into Delphic HSE Database or, for larger updates, provide instructions for and management of the update.

Resolve European RTDC-related issues as reported by clients / staff, including the creation and maintenance of documentation that clearly describes the interpretation of European RTDC.

Leading or supporting company communication activities; including website updates, newsletters, service offer updates, etc.

Leading or participating in business development, marketing, networking or other sales related activities to help promote the Delphic HSE brand.

Developing business understanding and insight, along with pre-requisite personal skills.

Candidate requirements

BSc, MSc, Chartered Biologist, EUROTOX eligible, experience within Cosmetic Regulation EC 1223/2009
