LVMH-owned beauty retailer Sephora has partnered with a delivery service to bring customers their beauty products in as little as one hour.
The partnership will run with Instacart, a North American grocery delivery service, which is said to be one of the fastest growing delivery companies in US e-commerce.
The company offers same day delivery and pick-up services, and has partnered with more than 400 retailers across the continent.
Now, shoppers can choose from Sephora’s extensive beauty offering across make-up, skin care, hair care, wellness, beauty tools and fragrance.
“We’re thrilled to partner with Instacart and continue to provide an innovative and seamless shopping experience for our clients,” said Senior VP and GM of E-commerce at Sephora, Carolyn Bojanowski.
“We’re always looking for unique, yet practical ways to meet our clients at every touchpoint; and now more than ever, we know they seek ease and convenience.
“With our Instacart partnership, we can offer a new same-day delivery service option to our existing clients, and also introduce some of the benefits of being a Sephora client to Instacart’s marketplace.”
Sephora’s Beauty Insider perks will also be redeemable through Instacart and points can be earnt on every Sephora purchase.
“Instacart has become part of the household rhythm for people across North America looking to have groceries and goods they need delivered same-day from the retailers they know and love,” added Instacart’s VP of Retail, Chris Rogers.
“For many people, the essentials they need go beyond fresh food and pantry samples and over the last few years we’ve seen an increase in customer demand for personal care, wellness and beauty products.”
The same-day delivery service is available in selected stores in California and Canada.
