A serial entrepreneur – Bliss, Soaper Duper, FitFlop and Soap & Glory are all her creation – Kilgore has worked with household name conglomerates and retailers, but was unsatisfied with the direction cosmetics retail was heading, and found that drugstore chains were unwilling to genuinely . . .
