Watsons' flagship store in the Chinese city has worked with Perfect Corp to provide the facility


Shoppers at Watsons Flagship store in Shanghai, China, can now use augmented reality to try over 30 products, including MaxFactor and Maybelline.

The Consultation Mode kiosk is brought to consumers via technology company Perfect Corp.

Alice Chang, CEO of Perfect Corp, said: “Our app’s Consultation Mode transforms the in-store product discovery and selection process, resulting in far higher customer satisfaction by increasing confidence before making a purchase.
