Combines sleeve positioning and shrinkage in a single structure

Sleever International has developed a horizontal two-in-one concept combining sleeve positioning and shrinkage in a single structure for small or unstable items.

The SleeverLogicpak is equipped with a positioning device as well as a hot-air shrink system based on patented technology implementing an infrared/hot-air combination with Sleever’s Skinner effect for a perfectly applied sleeve.

Advantages include high speeds (from 7,200 bph up to 24,000 bph) and a reduced footprint thanks to a compact monoblock structure equipped with a single electrical box. The machine is designed for containers from 6mm to 50mm in diameter, with heights of 20mm to 200mm and films including PET, OPS and TPE in thicknesses of 30µm to 100µm. Peripheral equipment options include a microperforation unit for a tamper evidence sleeve capable of 450 per minute with a registration tolerance of 0.5mm; an auto control vision system; a vertical and lateral sleeve positioning module; and a separate, non-stop reel changeover unit.
