Smashbox snaps up former L'Oréal boss Sejal Shah Miller

Colour cosmetics brand Smashbox has appointed former L’Oréal boss Sejal Shah Miller as its Senior VP, Global General Manager.

In her new role for the brand, which is owned by Estée Lauder Companies, she will be responsible for advancing its digital and influencer marketing strategies, accelerating product innovation as well as broadening its commercial opportunities.

She assumes the role from Beth DiNardo who joined the brand in 2016.

Most recently, Shah Miller served as Senior Vice President, Global General Manager at Mattel overseeing its Girls and Games portfolio.

This included brands such as Polly Pocket, Uno and Scrabble.

Prior to that she spent a decade working across L’Oréal’s Luxury Division in a number of senior marketing roles, working across brands including Lancôme, Ralph Lauren and Giorgio Armani.

Shah Miller will be based at Smashbox’s Los Angeles headquarters.
