We are looking for a talented social media manager to administer our social media accounts.
You will be responsible for creating original text and video content, managing posts, and responding to followers. You will manage our company image in a cohesive way to achieve our marketing goals. In addition, we are looking for someone who can create all the graphic designs for the company!
As a Social media manager, we expect you to be up to date with the latest digital technologies and social media trends. You should have excellent communication skills and be able to express our company’s views creatively!
You must be a self-starter who isn't afraid of having free reign with the role!
Role Responsibilities:
- Maintaining KPI’s
- Design and implement social media strategy to align with business goals.
- Suggest and implement new features to develop brand awareness and social strategies.
- Communicate with followers, respond to queries in a timely manner and monitor customer reviews.
- Monitor SEO and web traffic metrics.
- Ensure we are creating engaging conversations across our range of social media channels.
- Understand and implement the correct social media listening tools to guide the team in the right conversations, reacting efficiently to market requirements/trends.
- Liaising with relevant teams to deliver compelling social media campaigns.
- Using graphic design knowledge to create new ads and content.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree: Marketing, Graphic Design, Digital, PR, Journalism or related (or equivalent experience)
- 3+ years related Marketing, social media, PR experience with demonstrated success in the role(s) working for either a brand or an agency.
- Experience in social media community management
