Over 12 million women in the UK, four in ten, feel like they are about to burn out. And almost half, 15 million, feel moderately or extremely stressed, according to research this year from Sanctuary Spa (PZ Cussons), which revealed that women today feel enormous pressure in every aspect of life. It picked up on the fact that there is “the perception that success equates to busyness, leaning-in and being a superwoman,” and an aim to be perfect at everything.
