Specialist skin care brand Cyclax has been acquired by the UK-based wholesale and distribution specialist, Three Pears from Richards & Appleby.

The undisclosed deal will see Three Pears obtain the Cyclax brand, along with hair brand Natural Treatment and baby skin care brand, First Friends.
