At the bar, customers will be able to choose from hundreds of unique ingredient combinations, lotion richness and exfoliation levels

Unilever-owned brand St. Ives has reinstated its Mixing Bar in New York City, US.

For the second consecutive year, the brand is offering personalised face moisturisers with ingredients such as rose water, yuzu, pink grapefruit and others.

Exclusive retail products will also be on offer, including bath bombs, lip scrubs, hand creams and an apricot rollerball fragrance.

St. Ives’ Director of Marketing Suzanne Palentchar said: “We are excited to bring the St. Ives Mixing Bar back to New York this year, offering our customers the chance to once again create their own skin care products using our favourite natural ingredients.

“We are bringing back some of last summer’s top sellers and have expanded the menu with some new surprises as well.”

St. Ives has also partnered with Island Records to feature live performances in-store, which kicked-off with British band The Vamps on 16 June.

Palentchar continued: “As a brand, we are always looking for new ways to engage with our customers.

“In response to their feedback from last summer, we are excited to open an online direct-to-consumer extension of the store to bring the same custom experience of the store to fans nationwide.”

The bar is located on 168 Fifth Avenue and will be open until 15 September.
