Demand for sun care remained steady in Australia in 2014, with a hot start to the summer season fuelling sales. Temperatures in October were reported to be 2.8°C above the monthly norm Australia-wide, and November was another warmer than average month, while consumers, aware of the damaging nature of UV rays, proved willing to trade up to the latest sun care products offering SPF50+ protection.
