This is an exciting opportunity to support the smooth running of the Supply Chain process for this beauty company. A friendly team where quality and workmanship win every day, you will work with beauty brands supplying them with packaging, textiles, and accessory solutions.

This is a sales-focused role, where you will act as the main contact between customers and suppliers, coordinating sales orders, purchase orders, costings and samples.

You will be responsible for ensuring all these day-to-day logistical tasks are processed correctly in the company database and documented in reflective weekly figures and analytical reports.

Using your strong organisational skills you will guide new customers through the registration process, maintain all customer account information, set up T&Cs and payment terms.

Using your meticulous eye for detail you will accurately and efficiently record this data for Finance and Sales teams to access easily at the click of the button.

Previous experience in Supply Chain, Operations, Logistics, Administration are essential for this role.
