Working alongside the Head of Operations and NPD, you will develop solid controls around stock management that ensure customer expectations are met. You will be relied upon to forecast fluctuations in demand and adapt processes to meet these challenges.
With your fantastic communication and interpersonal skills, you will build strong relationships with external suppliers and the team around you.
A natural leader, you will have the ability to take on greater responsibility as the company grows, motivating and guiding the team around you to work flexibly and adapt to change.
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record within Beauty or Cosmetic Supply Chain and Manufacture and know how to get the very best from your suppliers. Previous experience in a role that encompassed production/planning and scheduling is essential, as is the use of MRP and creating BOMs.
Outstanding organisational skills and a keen eye for detail will help you to stay on top of progress and be ready to resolve potential issues.
