Gelita has developed a series of bioactive collagen products to improve body and skin

A series of bioactive collagen protein products has been developed by Gelita aimed at boosting healthy skin, bones, ligaments and tendons via stimulation of the body's metabolism. In a novel delivery system, sweets are fortified with the proteins to deliver the active ingredients orally in an easy-to-swallow and appealing serving.

The proteins developed include Verisol, which is aimed at increasing skin elasticity and hydration, preventing wrinkle development, and increasing dermis density (reducing cellulite). The protein stimulates skin metabolism to create new collagen. Administered orally, Verisol impacts the skin’s matrix from the inside.
